Resealing with Lap Sealant

We clean and prep the surface of the existing lap sealant, if tacky, we can go over the existing lap sealant which will get you buy for another season or a "quick repair". This is the most affordable reseal.  Less labor involved.

We completely take off old lap sealant, clean and prep the roof and reapply all new lap sealant over vents, skylights, and front and rear trim. depending on the lap sealant, this is labor intensive if the lap sealant doesn't come off easy. 

 $18.00/LF plus material

This is the worry-free complete RV rubber roof coating. We wash the entire roof, we apply a fabric over all the seams on the entire roof. We then apply 3 thick coats of rubber roll-on. This will dry to a rubber walkable roof that you will not have to check your roof seals again. This is done within two days. or less. Mainly due to drying time between coats. Note: Roof damaged by storms, tree branches, hail, and other causes is not warrantable. We can however, remove debris and reseal where damage occurred for a fraction of the cost.
